Return Policy

1. Return Period
Without being required to state a reason, you may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

2. How to Request a Return
To return an item, please email us at info@mynameisleo.lt or visit our physical store. Provide your order number, the item name, and the desired action (return or exchange).

3. Item Condition

  • The returned item must be undamaged, unused, and returned in its original packaging, including all tags, caps, and other accessories.

  • If the item is faulty, please include a description along with photos or videos showing the defect.

4. Return Costs

  • If the item is returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

6. Exceptions
The right to return does not apply to items that, under Lithuanian or EU law, are non-returnable (e.g., personalized items, hygiene products, digital content once usage has begun, etc.).

7. Changes and Updates
We reserve the right to amend this policy. The latest version will always be available on our website.
