If you have already made purchases in our store, we highly recommend registering or logging in using the same email address you used for your previous orders – this ensures that all your earned points and progress are successfully linked to your account.

Points are earned every time you shop at our store – you will receive 1 point for every €1 spent. Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts and other loyalty program benefits. The total number of points is calculated based on the final order amount, excluding taxes (VAT). Points may also be awarded for specific actions, such as creating an account or participating in other loyalty program activities. You can find all the ways to earn points and available rewards on our loyalty program page. If you have already completed certain actions in the past, additional points for those actions may not be awarded.

Select your desired reward or discount on the loyalty program page and redeem your accumulated points. To take advantage of the loyalty program benefits, you must be logged into your account.

Loyalty program discount coupons can be used together with each other, and they can also be used in combination with other discount codes or promotions applied in the e-shop.

Points are valid for 6 months from your last point-earning action or purchase. If you do not make any purchases or use your accumulated points during this period, they may expire. To extend the validity of your points, simply make a purchase or complete another action that awards points. You can view your accumulated points balance and their expiration date on the loyalty program page by logging into your account.
